Özet

Nowadays, importance of human health in the working environment is getting increased. Especially in labour-intensive sectors such as apparel industry, production depends on labour performances. Labours are faced with a lot of problems in the working places such as layout of working places, physical conditions, organization, working materials and equipments. Complications both affect health of the workers and disrupt their working efficiency. In this study, measurements are taken from all departments for each physical factors (illumination, noise, climate) that affect the working condition of an apparel company. Results gained from the measurements in departments are evaluated and graded by using fuzzy logic. According to these grades priority of reorganization of departments' conditions are determined.
