dc.description.abstractThe use of cosmeceuticals has significantly risen in recent years. They're topical cosmetic- pharmaceutical hybrids which contain ingredients that influence the skin's biological function. Cosmeceuticals have to be safe and meet consumer demands for high efficacy.
