Small cell neuroendokrin tümörs of cervix is 2-5% of all cervical malignancies constituting a small portion that exhibit highyl agressive behavior and early metastasis. No clear consensus exists regarding the therapy besides the implementation of multimodal treatment. The role of radical hysterectomy is not known clearly but combined radiochemotherapy is the key treatment combination. As a chemotherapeutic cysplatin-etoposide or vincristin-adriamisin-cyclophosphamide combinations are initiated. Five years survival rate varies between %0-30.en_US
