Öğe Amaryttidaceae alkaloids: (+)-Tazettine, (+)-3-O-demethylcriwelline and (+)-3-epimacronine at 173 K(Blackwell Munksgaard, 1998) Linden A.; Akineri G.; Noyan S.; Gözler T.; Hesse M.The Amaryllidaceae alkaloids (+)-tazettine [(+)-(3S,4aS,-6aS,13bS)-3-methoxy-5-methyl-3,4,4a,5,6,6a-hexahydro-8H,11H-[1,3] dioxolo[6,7][2]benzopyrano[3,4-c]indol-6a-o1, C18H21NO5] and partially hydrated (+)-3-epimacronine [(+)-(3S,4aS,6aR,13bS)-3-methoxy-5-methyl-3,4,4a,5,6,6a-hexahydro-8H,11H-[1,3] dioxolo[6,7][2]-benzopyrano[3,4-c]indol-8-one 0.066-hydrate, C18H19-NO5.0.066H2O] have been extracted from Galanthus plicatus subsp. byzantinus, while (+)-3-O-demethylcriwelline [(+)-(3R,4aS,6aS,13bS)-5-methyl-3,4,4a,5,6,6a-hexahydro-8H,11H-[1,3]dioxolo[6,7] [2]benzopyrano[3,4-c]indole-3,6a-diol, C17H19NO5] has been isolated from the plant Galanthus gracilis. These compounds have the ring skeleton of the tazettine or [2]benzopyrano-[3,4-c]indole subgroup. (+)-3-O-Demethylcriwelline is a new alkaloid and is the 3-O-demethyl C3-epimer of (+)-tazettine. The geometrical features of the compounds differ predominantly in the conformations of the pyrrolidine and pyran rings.Öğe Four new amaryllidaceae alkaloids from Galanthus gracilis and Galanthus plicatus subsp. byzantinus(2001) Ünver N.; Noyan S.; Gözler B.; Gözler T.; Werner C.; Hesse M.(+)-3-Epi-3,4-dihydro-3-hydroxygraciline (5), isolated from Galanthus gracilis of Turkish origin, is a new member of the gracilines, a recently established subgroup of the Amaryllidaceae alkaloids. G. plicatus subsp. byzantinus has furnished three new alkaloids, namely (+)-plicane (12), which is a new plicamine-type alkaloid, along with (+)-3-O-(3-hydroxybutyryl)tazettinol (13), and N-formylismine (15).Öğe Three new tazettine-type alkaloids from Galanthus gracilis and Galanthus plicatus subsp. byzantinus(1999) Ünver N.; Noyan S.; Gözler T.; Önür M.A.; Gözler B.; Hesse M.Three new tazettine-type alkaloids were isolated from two different Galanthus species of Turkish origin. (+)-Isotazettinol and (+)-3-O- demethylmacronine are obtained from G. gracilis, while (+)-3-O-demethyl-3- epimacronine is found in G. plicatus subsp. byzantinus. The known base, trispheridine, is reported for the first time in Galanthus genus.
