Although it is most frequently observed in patients who are chronic alcoholics, WE may also be associated with hyperemesis gravidarum. We report magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) findings in this case of WE in a pregnant patient with hyperemesis gravidarum.
