Tanı koyabilmek için mediastinoskopiyi de içeren invaziv işlemler gerekebilmektedir. Mediastinal kitlelerin ayırıcı tanısında primitif nöroektodermal tümöre nadiren rastlanmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda, öksürük şikayeti nedeniyle yapılan toraks bilgisayarlı tomografi tetkikinde mediastinal kitle saptanarak alınan biyopsi sonucunda primitif nöroektodermal tümör tanısı alan hastamız, literatür verileri eşliğinde sunulmuştur.Primary mediastinal tumors are diagnosed occasionally and unfortunately invasive procuders comprising mediastinoscopy are required for the diagnosis. Differential diagnosis of mediastinal masses includes neuroectodermal tumor but it is rather rare. In this case report we want to introduce you a case that is diagnosed as primitive neuroectodermal tumor by biopsy from the mass in the mediastinum which is determined by computed tomography while searching for the reason of cough, with the actual data of literature.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessGenel ve Dahili TıpArticle1026871
