The reaction of AgClCO4 with dppe was resulted the bridging complex [Ag(µ-0ClO3)(dppe)] 2 (1). The reactions of AgNO3 with the ligands (L-L) (L-L = dppeS2, dpppS2), gave two new dimeric [Ag 2(µ-L-L)2](NO3)2 complexes (2) and (3), respectively. The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 31P{1H} NMR, electrospray mass and FAB mass spectrometry. It has been found that the complexes (1) and (2) have shown moderately antimicrobial activity against some gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAntimicrobial activityDiphoshpinePhosphine sulphideSilver complexesSilver(I) complexes containing diphosphine and bis(Phosphine) disulphide ligandsArticle211355360Q4
