Dr. Nedret TORT Ocak 2000, 63 sayfe Bu çalışmada; farklı dozlardaki Metalaxyl uygulamasının sera koşullarında yetiştirilen Lycopersicon esculentum Mili. (Domates) bitkisinin morfolojik ve anatomik yapısında oluşturduğu etkiler incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Metalaxyl kullanımında, uygulama dozundaki artışa paralel olarak bitkinin morfolojik ve anatomik yapısında bazı anomaliler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bunlar, kendilerini en belirgin şekilde stoma yapılarında göstermektedir. Bu da, elde edilecek ürün miktarı üzerinde dolaylı olarak olumsuz bir etki oluşturabilir. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nedret TORT January 2000, 63 pages In this study; the effects of metalaxyl applications at different concentrations on the morphlogical and anatomical structure of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. (Tomato) grown in greenhouse were investigated. In the use of metalaxyl, some anomalies in the morphological and anatomical structure of the plant have been occurred with paralel to increasing in application dose. These variations have been appeared mostly clearly in the stomata structures. This may indirectly cause a negative effect in the amount of the yield. Key Words: Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.
