Ayrıca Giriş bölümünde, yazar ve eseri tanıtılmış ve incelenmiştir. Anlam bilimi ve gramerin bir arada yürüdüğü söz konusu eser hukuk fakültesi için ders kitabı olarak yazılmıştır. Bu özelliğiyle eser, günümüzdeki dil çalışmalarına tarihi zemin teşkil etmektedir. Çalışmamızın asıl önemli bölümü Dizin kısmıdır. Bu bölümde terimlerin İngilizce karşılıkları ve Türkiye Türkçesindeki anlamları ile birlikte metinde geçtiği sayfalardan kullanım örnekleri verilmiştir. Dizin, gerçek müellifin aynı nitelikteki diğer eserleri gerekse diğer Türkçe belagat kitaplarından yapılan alıntılarla zenginleştirilmiştir.This study has been created by Abdurrahman Süreyya, the transcription of his book called Mîzâmi'1-Belâga and term index, besides the author and his book is introduced and inspected in the introduction section. Having been carried out semantics and grammar together in the book, it has been written for faculties of laws in order to be used as a lecture book. With these special features, the book has recently constituted a historical foundation for linguistics. The most important section of our study is part of index. Not only in this section are equivalents in English of the terms and their meanings in Turkish given but also examples of using in the relevant pages.
