Bunun sonucunda prostat ve/veya seminal veziküle ait rastlantısal patolojik sonuçlarla karşılaşılmıştır. Seminal vezikül amiloidozu bu rastlantısal sonuçlardan biridir. Biz bu çalışmada transrektal ultrason kılavuzluğunda yapılan prostat biyopsisinde seminal vezikül amiloidozu saptanan bir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.With a widely usage of prostate specific antigen (PSA) testing as a screening tool, number of prostate biopsy procedures and number of biopsy cores are increased because of the negative pathology results. As a result of this condition, incidental pathological findings including the prostate and/or the seminal vesicles were encountered. Seminal vesicle amyloidosis is one of these incidental results.
