First, fenologic observations were made by making observations in a garden regularly and the time of shooting, stimulation of buds, flowering, growing of fruits and time of harvesting were determined. Pornologic studies have been made after harvest. To make this, we separated the fruits in two groups. Analysis of fruits of one group were made after harvest immediately. The other group's ; was made after ing IS days and weight, length, width, total soluble solids content (TSS), acidity,TSS / acidity ratio, pH of the fruit juice were found.
