Bu yazıda, multiple myeloma sürecinde ortaya çıkan amiloidoza bağlı karpal tünel sendromu tanısı alan bir vaka sunulmaktadır.Paraproteinemias are frequently associated with peripheral neuropathies. Particularly cases with multiple myeloma complicated by systemic amyloidosis myght present with a typical carpal tunnel syndrome which may respond to surgical therapy before symptoms of the generalized peripheral neuropathy occur.
