Structural elucidation of the compounds was based on FTIR, 1D-(H-1 and C-13 NMR), 2D-NMR (COSY, HMBC and NOESY) and HR-MS analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited notable antimicrobial activity. The presence of PBD derivatives in S. cacaoi was first demonstrated with this study.en10.25135/rnp.203.20.08.1766info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMarine actinobacteriumStreptomyces cacaoibenzodiazepineantimicrobial activityantibioticsDnaPyrrolobenzodiazepineBiosynthesisConstituentsBenzodiazepine Derivatives from Marine-Derived Streptomyces cacaoi 14CM034Article156602607WOS:0006583065000152-s2.0-85108653316N/AQ3
