These tumors are mostly seen in head and neck area and 5.3%of cases are localized in the vulva. Although most of the cases are benign, macroscopically they are poorly circumscribed and show adherence to the surrounding connective tissue. Malignant transformation was also reported and recurrence is common in these patients.
