MNPs were synthesized, silica coated, and fabricated with TEOS (tetraethyl orthosilicate). They were then covered with hyaluronic acid (HA) to enhance their bioavailability. The modified MNPs were conjugated with [F-19]FDG and optically labeled with ICG (indocyanine green). The in vitro bioaffinities were surveyed in MCF7 and PC3 cell lines.
