Özet
Bu araştırma Isparta Bölgesi için ekonomik öneme sahip olan 8 sofralık üzüm çeşidinin 41 B anacı üzerinde omega aşılamadaki başarı oranlarını tespit etmek amacıyla dört farklı affinite katsayı formüllerini değerlendirmek için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çeşitlerin affinite değerleri farklı formülasyonlara göre değerlendirildiğinde her birisi için sadece Sultani üzüm çeşidi 12.03, 9.13, 0.18 ve 118.22 değerleri ile birinci istatistiki önemdeki grupta yer almıştır. Diğer çeşitler farklı affinite katsayılarında benzer yada farklı istatistiki önemdeki gruplarda yer almaktadırlar. İyi bir affinitenin saptanmasında sadece formülasyona göre değerlendirmenin tek başına doğru sonuca götürmediği bu araştırma sonucundan tespit edilmiştir. Yurdumuzdaki her bağ bölgesi için birbirleri ile uyuşan anaç, kalem ve aşı kombinasyonlarının belirlenmesine özen gösterilmelidir. Çeşitlerle ilgili anaç önerileri yapılırken bu özelliklerin dikkate alınması bağcılıkta başarı açısından yararlı olacaktır.
This research has been performed, in order to evaluate four different affinity coefficient formulas, with the purpose to determine the achievement ratios related to the omega grafting applied onto the 41 B rootstock of the 8 table type grape varieties, which are economically important for the Isparta Region. When the affinity values of each variety had been evaluated according to the different formulas, for each one of these formulas, only the grape variety of Sultani has been remained within the first group of the statistical importance, with the values of 12.03, 9.13, 0.18 and 118.22. Other varieties have been remained in the same or different group of the statistical importance, according to their different affinity coefficients. It has been determined that the evaluating only according to the formulation is not sufficient solely to lead to an exact result, by the determination of a good affinity. We must pay special attention to determine the most congruent combinations of the rootstock, graft for the each vineyard regions in our country. While making rootstock proposals regarding to the varieties, paying special attention to these features will be beneficial for the success in the viticulture.
