Özet
We report the case of a 23-year-old woman who was diagnosed with an axonal type of Guillain-Barré syndrome at 16 weeks' gestation. The patient had severe motor loss but she was treated effectively with intravenous immunoglobulin, and she underwent cesarean delivery with epidural anesthesia at full term. © 2007 Elsevier Inc.
