Özet
In this study, polyvinylalcohol (PVA) and polyacrylamide (PAM) were applied at different doses (0, 6.70, 13.40 and 26.80 kg/ha) to investigate the effects on erosion caused by runoff and by splash under laboratory conditions. PVA and PAM were sprayed on the surface of the soil samples in the erosion trays (30 × 30 × 14 cm; at a slope of 9%) and then simulated rainfall (60 mm/h) was applied to these trays for 1 hour. According to the results of the research, increases in PVA and PAM doses reduced runoff erosion by runoff, and by splash significantly (P<0.05 and 0.01).
