Tasarım sürelerinin kısaltılması, maliyetlerin düşürülmesi ve hata oranlarının azaltılması amacıyla firmaya uygun PLM süreçlerinin geliştirilmesi

Bu çalışmada itfaiye araçları geliştirilmesi ve üretimi üzerine faaliyet gösteren bir tasarım süreçlerinin bir sistem dahilinde yürütülmemesi sebebiyle oluşan gecikmelerin iyileştirilme süreci anlatılmıştır. Firmada tasarım süreçlerinde farklı disiplinler arası çalışmalarda kaynaklı iletişimsizliklerin olması süreçlerin uzamasına ve hata oranlarının artmasına sebebiyet vermektedir. Bu sebeplerden dolayı tasarım sürelerini kısaltmak ve izlenebilirlik sağlamak için proje gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amacı ise; sürdürülebilir, izlenebilir ve takip edilebilir, dijital olarak dokümante edilmiş ve müşteri kuruluşa uygun süreçlerin geliştirilmesidir.

In this study, the improvement process of the delays caused by the design processes that operate on the development and production of firefighting vehicles is explained. The lack of communication caused by different interdisciplinary studies in the design processes of the company causes the processes to be prolonged and the error rates to increase. For these reasons, the project was carried out in order to shorten the design times and provide traceability. Its purpose is; It is the development of processes that are sustainable, traceable and traceable, digitally documented and suitable for the customer organization.
