Uçucu yağ bitkileri ekotiplerinin bazı morfolojik anatomik ve kalite kriterleri üzerinde araştırma

E.Ü.Zir.Fak. Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü'nün Bomova'daki araştırma tarlalarında kültüre alınan Batı ve Güney Anadolu orijinli Melissa officinalis L., Salvia fruticosa Mill., Origanum onites L. bitkileri üzerinde, dört yıl süre ile bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Bölüm laboratuarlarında, yıl içindeki biçim zamanının bitkilerde meydana getireceği morfolojik, anatomik, farklılıklar ile uçucu yağ ve özellikle tanen miktarlarındaki değişiklikler tesbit edilmiştir. Çalışma 1992 - 1994 yıllan arasında yürütülmüştür. 1992 de bir defa, 1993 ve 1994 de üçer defa hasat yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Melissa officinalis. L. ve Salvia fruticosa Mili. bitkilerinde bazı morfolojik farklılıklar gözlenmiştir. Buna mukabil anatomik bir değişme tesbit edilememiştir. Uçucu yağ analizlerinde, üçer yıllık periyodlarda (1992-1994) şu değerler elde edilmiştir. Melissa officinalis. L. Melissa officinalis L., Salvia fruticosa Miller and Origanum onites L. plant species originated from Southern and Western Anatolia were cultivated four repetitionsin 1 992 in accordance with the random plots test design in the research field of Field Crops Department of Agricultural Faculty, Ege University. Each plant was harvested once in 1992, and three times in the years 1993 and 1994. The samples obtained were studied in the depertmental laboratoires, and the morphological, anatomical and qualitative differences caused by the harvest time during the year were invetigated.lt was observed that different harvest times in a year have caused no significant anatomic changer in the plants. Morphologically no changes were observed in blossom, stem structure leaf configuration and vesseling design while some differences were detected in plant lenght and leaf dimension. The findings were tabulated with explanation. Some differences such as the colour change in leaves of Melissa officinalis L. in different seasons and the change in the leaf form of some species and the leafled formation in Salvia fruticosa Miller were observed. Qualitative research works were carried out on herba in Origanums and on folium in the other plants. The variabilty detected in the amounts of etheric oil and tannin proportions of etheric oil components were tabulated seperately for each harvest period and in addition, as the average values of a three - year period. As a result, the three - year average values of tannin and etheric oil proportion, and also the proportions some compounds in the etheric oil which is particularly of importance and some physical data for the same period were found to be as fallows : Percentage M. officinalis L S. fruticosa Mill.
