V ÖZET KURŞUNİ KUF ETMENİ Botrytis cinerea Pers. ELE KİMYASAL SAVAŞIMDA DEETHOFENCARB YOLUYLA BENZEVIIDAZOLE GRUBU FUNGİSİTLERE KARŞI DAYANIKLILIĞIN KBRBLMA OLANAKLARI ÜZERİNE ARAŞTIRMALAR YILDIZ, Zafer Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Bitki Koruma Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Prof. Dr. Nafiz DELEN Temmuz 1999, 43 sayfa Bu araştırmada, ülkemizde seralarda önemli zararlar oluşturan B. cinerea Pers.'nın, aralarında negatif ilişkili çapraz dayanıklılık bulunan carbendazim + diethofencarb ile engellenmesi olanakları araştırılmıştır. Bunun için değişik yıllarda Muğla ve Antalya illeri seralarından toplanan 30 izolata carbendazim'in, diethofencarb'ın ve carbendazim+diethofencarb'ın etkililikleri ayrı ayrı test edilmiştir. Carbendazim + diethofencarb karışımı laboratuvar koşullarında en etkili fiıngisit olmuştur. Test edilen tüm izolatlar carbendazim+ diethofencarb'a karşı duyarlı bulunmuşlardır. ED50 değerleri dikkate alınarak seçilen izolatlarla yapılan saksı denemeleri de laboratuvar testlerine benzer sonuçlar vermiştir. Sonuç olarak carbendazim + diethofencarb karışımı B. cinerea' ya en etkili fiıngisit olarak saptanmıştır. VII ABSTRACT STUDIES ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF ANTTRESISTANCE STRATEGIES TO BENZIMIDAZOLE FUNGICIDES IN CHEMICAL CONTROL OF GRAY MOULD (B. cinerea Pers.) THROUGH DIETHOFENCARB YILDIZ, Zafer MSc in Plant Protection Advisor: Prof Dr. Nafiz DELEN July 1999, 43 pages In this research, it was studied on the possibilities of controlling B. cinerea Pers. which causes significant crop lossess in vegetable grown greenhouses in Turkey with diethofencarb+ carbendazim which are negatively correlated cross resistance. For this reason, effectiveness of carbendazim, diethofencarb and carbendazim+diethofencarb against 30 isolates from the greenhouses of Mugla, Antalya province in different years were determined individually. The mixture of carbendazim+diethofencarb was the most effective fungicide in laboratory conditions. All the isolates were found sensitive to carbendazim+diethofencarb. The results of pot trials conducted with the selected isolates according to their ED50 values were found similar to the laboratory test results. Finally, the mixture of carbendazim+diethofencarb had higest efficacy to B. cinerea. Keywords: B. cinerea, negatively correlated cross resistance, diethofencarb, carbendazim
