Özet
Hemşireler, hastaların tedaviden etkin yararlanması ve iyileşme sürecini hızlandırmak için hemşirelik teorilerine dayandırılmış çeşitli bakım modellerinden yararlanırlar. Bunlardan biri Neuman Sistemler Modeli’dir. Bu çalışmada Neuman Sistemler Modeli kullanılarak, serebral infarktüs tanısıyla nöroloji yoğun bakım ünitesine yatırılmış 40 yaşındaki kadın hastanın yaşadığı stresörler ve etkilenme düzeyi incelenmiş ve hemşirelik bakım planı oluşturulmuştur. Beyin damar hastalıkları bireyin yaşamında kalıcı ya da önemli değişikler yaratır ve bu hastalara bütüncül yaklaşım için Neuman Sistemler Modeli kullanışlı bir rehber olabilir. Bu vaka çalışması, Neuman Sistemler Modeli’ne temellendirilmiş bir çalışma olup modelin kullanılabilirliğini gösterir.
Nurses utilize various caring models based on nursing theories to enhance rapid recovery process and to ensure that patients have the treatment effectively. One of these models is Neuman Systems Model. In this study, a 40-year-old woman, taken in bed medical service at neurology intensive care unit with the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was observed using Neuman Systems Model for stressors and the level of being affected by these stressors, and nursing care plan was designed. Cerebrovascular diseases creates permanent or significant changes in one’s life and Neuman Systems Model can be a useful guide for an integrated approach to these patients. This case study is based on Neuman Systems Model and indicates the utility of the model.
