E-Üniversite Bilgi Sistemi ile E-Posta Sisteminin entegrasyonun geliştirilmesi

Ege Üniversitesinin mevcut e-üniversite bilgi sistemleri mevcut e-posta sistemleri ile entegre edilmesi sonucunda tek noktadan kullanıcının bu sistemlere (e-posta ve e-üniversite) önceden tanımlanmış yetkilerle oturum açmalarını ve kurumsal mesajlaşmalarını ve öğrenci bilgi sistemini tek ortamdan kullanmalarını sağlanmıştır. Sistem, e-üniversite kapsamında kampüs içerisinde yapılan tüm çalışanların ve öğrencilerin e-posta sisteminde tanımlanmış kullanıcı bilgileri ile tüm tanımlanmış e-üniversite uygulamalarının kullanılmasını sağlamaktadır. E-üniversite ve e-posta sisteminin entegrasyonu her kurum için kendine özgü çözümler ile sağlanır. Bu nedenle benzer kurumlarda benzer çözümler uygulanabilmektedir. Fakat her kurum kullandığı alt yapı çözümlerinin bir birinden farklı olması nedeniyle kendi çözümlerini üretmek zorundadırlar.

As a result of integration of the existing E-University and e-mail systems it has been provided for the users to reach these systems in one medium (E-University and e- mail) through the previously assigned ways to open sessions, to carry on messaging within the University also provided usage of the student's informative documents in one medium. This new system is for the following usages: It includes all the documented student's information and achievements within the campus described in the e-mail system. The new system also unfolds the whole acknowledged activities within the university The integration of the e-mail and E-University systems presents special analytical studying for each unity within the university. For this reason, dealing with identical unities identical analytical studies can be applied. Each Unity might come up with different solutions since each of them uses different networks.
