Özet
Bu çalışmada, acı balık (Rhodeus amarus)'ın Türkiye içsularındaki boy-ağırlık ilişkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu maksatla, Ege Üniversitesi Su Ürünleri Fakültesi Müzesi İçsu Balıkları koleksiyonunda yer alan Batı Karadeniz, Gediz, Küçük Menderes, Kuzey Ege, Sakarya, Susurluk, Marmara, Meriç ve Yeşilırmak havzalarına ait 2265 adet acı balık bireyi incelenmiştir. Tüm bireyler dikkate alındığında türün Türkiye iç sularındaki total boy dağılımı 1.60-8.30 cm, total ağırlık dağılımı ise 0.06-10.65 g arasında değişim göstermektedir.
The Length-Weight Relationship of Bitterling, Rhodeus amarus (Bloch, 1782) in Freshwaters of Turkey The present work was aimed at determining the length-weight relationship of bitterling in the freshwater of Turkey. For this purpose, total of 2265 bitterling specimens were examined belonging to the Western Black Sea, Gediz, Small Meander, Northern Eagean, Sakarya, Susurluk, Marmara, Meriç and Yeşilırmak basins in the museum of Freshwater Fish collection in Ege University Fisheries Faculty. Total lengths ranged from 1.60 to 8.30 cm and total weights from 0.06 to 10.65 g for all individuals of the species in the freshwater of Turkey.
