Arazi kullanım değişimlerinin doğa koruma kararları üzerinde etkilerinin İzmir Çeşme Yarımadası Çiftlikköy örneğinde irdelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırma ile İzmir İli Çeşme ilçesi, Çiftlikköy bölgesinde çeşitli yıllardaki arazi kullanım değişimleri, uzaktan algılama ve coğrafi bilgi sistemi tekniği içeriğinde 1957, 1976, 1995 yıllarına ait hava fotoğrafları ve 2002, 2006 ve 2011 yıllarına ait Ikonos uydu görüntüsü, ve 2006, yıllına ait doğal sit haritalarından hava fotografları ve uydu görüntüleri kullanılarak belirlenmiş ve yıllar içindeki bu değişimler, yine yıllar içinde değişim gösteren “Koruma Amaçlı İmar Planları” ile Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi programı kullanılarak değerlendirilerek ve arazi kullanımı ile doğal yapı mevcut doğal sit dereceleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırmalarla; yıllar içinde arazi kullanım değişimleri sonucunda mı koruma kararları değişmiş yoksa koruma kararları sonucunda mı arazi kullanımı değişmiş” sorusuna yanıt bulunmaya çalışılmıştır.
Proje sonucunda elde edilecek bulgular ile doğa koruma alanlarının belirlenmesinde ve karar almada yapılmakta olan hatalar ya da alınması gereken önlemleri belirlenmiştir. Sorunlar ve sonuçlar irdelenmiş, arazi kullanımı ve çevre ile uyumlu sürdürülebilir, doğru doğa koruma kararları alınmasında temel kriterler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
With this research, land use changes in various provinces in çeşme district of izmir, çeşme region, aerial photographs and satellite images of remote sensing technique were determined and these changes within years were analyzed using "geo information system plans" and compared with land use and natural site natural site ratings. With these comparisons; does the years have changed as a result of land use changes in protection orders or protection orders do as a result of changed land use "was sought answers to the question. The findings of the project are identified with the deficiencies identified in the determination of nature conservation areas and decision making and the precautions to be taken. Problems and results have been examined and basic criteria have been tried to be taken in taking sustainable, correct nature conservation decisions in harmony with land use and environment.
