Özet
Bu makalede 6 aylık bir periyodda 250 batın BT üzerinde yapılan incelemede rastlantısal olarak belirlenen, üçü sirkumaortik biri retroaortik olmak üzere toplam 4 renal ven anomalili olgu sunulmakta ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmektedir. Retroaortik sol renal ven, abdominal aortanın arkasından geçerek inferior vena kavaya açılan sol renal veriin varlığı ile karakterize, nadir görülen vasküler bir malformasyondur. Genel popülasyonda görülme oranı % 1.8-2.4 arasında bildirilmektedir. Sirkumaortik sol renal vende ise abdominal aortayı çevreleyen gerçek bir vasküler halkanın varlığı sözkonusudur. İnsidansı % 1.5-8.7 arasında değiş¬mektedir.
The retroaortic left renal vein is a rare vascular malformation characterized by the presence of left renal vein draining into the in¬ferior vena cava after crossing behind the aortic artery. Its incidence is reported as 1.8-2.4 % of the population. In circumaortic left renal vein, there is a true vascular ring around, the aorta. The incidence of this variant is 1.5-8.7 %. In this article, four cases with left renal vein anomalies: retroaortic left renal vein in one patient, and circumaortic left renal vein in three patients, which were detected incidentaly during routine abdominal computed tomography, during 6-month period and over 250 patients, are pre¬sented and the relevent literature is reviewed.
