Özet
I present the analysis of linear stability of a hot, dilute and differentially rotating plasma which is believed to be found in the intracluster medium of galaxy clusters and radiatively ineffective accretion flows around black holes by considering gyroviscosity, parallel viscosity and thermal conduction which is anisotropic transport effect. I obtain dispersion relation of instability considering all of these anisotropic terms and derive instability condition. Besides, this instability is more powerful and greater than ideal MTI and MRI. This gyroviscous modified magnetorotational instability (GvMRI) may not only apply like cooling white dwarfs and neutron stars, besides, hot accretion flows on compact objects release the gravitational potential energy and causes d lnT/dR<0 but also apply transition region between cool dense gas and hot low-density plasma in stellar coronae, accretion disks, and the multiphase interstellar medium because of being independent of direction of temperature gradient. © 2011 American Institute of Physics.
