Özet
This work is concerned with effects of bio-polishing on discharge printing of cotton fabrics. Biopolishing process is applied to cotton fabric after different pretreatment processes. For example, greige fabric, washed fabric and bleached fabric are biopolished. In this paper cotton fabric which is not biopolished is discussed as control sample. After pretreatment, fabric is dyed and then is discharged. Results are evaluated by the aid of pilling test, whiteness degree, CIELab color coordinates, color strength, wet and dry crocking fastness.
