Özet
Larenks solunum ve yutma gibi yaşamsal fonksiyonların yanında insan sosyal yaşamının vazgeçilmez bir fonksiyonu olan fonasyonda da önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Larenks kanser cerrahisinden sonra yutma ve solunum fonksiyonları önemli derecede korunurken operasyonun tipine bağlı olarak fonasyonda önemli değişiklikler olmaktadır. Larengeal cerrahiden sonra fonasyon fonksiyonunun değerlendirilmesi bazı özellikler göstermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı değişik tip larenks cerrahilerinden sonra fonasyonun değerlendirilmesi için bir standardizasyon geliştirmektir.
Besides the vital functions such as respiration and deglutition, the larynx plays an important role in phonation, which is indispensable in human social life. In laryngeal surgery the functions of deglutition and respiration are preserved, but the function of phonation is disturbed in different degrees depending the type of the operation. There is some specialty in the functional evaluation of the phonation after the laryngeal surgery. The aim of this study is to develop a standardization for the evaluation of the phonation after the different types of laryngeal surgery and to open this subject to discussion.
