Özet
Dielectric liquids have been using as an insulator more than a century. The forming of the events of electrical breakdown and what kinds of effects on it play a role have been investigating for last 30-40 years. In this study the variation of the breakdown voltage of transformer oil chosen as a liquids insulators with both electrode shape and gape has been examined. For this purpose, homogeneous and inhomogeneous fields with 5 couples of electrodes which are at the different standards has been created. The effects on electrical breakdown voltage of moisture content in the oil have been investigated.
