Özet
Bu çalışmada, imalatçıların ağırlıklı olarak tercih ettikleri ERDEMİR 5040 kalite çeliğinden yapılmış diskaro disklerine uygulanan farklı ısıl işlemlerin disklerin aşınma dayanımlarına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Diskler, yerli yapım çekilir tip 24 diskli tandem diskaro üzerine takılmış, yön açısı, diskaro üzerindeki konumlan, ilerleme hızı değiştirilrneksizin 40 km'lik bir işlem uzunluğunda dörder tekerrürlü olarak denenmiştir. Farklı ısıl işlemler sonunda tavlama yapmanın kullanılan disklere sağladığı katma değerin çok önemli olmadığı sadece sertleştirme ile yeterli aşınma dayanımın sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Ön bataryaların aşınması ortalama 1,8 g/km, arka bataryaların ise 0,9 g/km olduğu bulunmuştur.
In this study, wearing resistance of discs made of ERDEMİR 5040 quality steel, subjected to different heat treatments was investigated. For this investigation, a total of 16 discs (four discs from each heat treatment) were used to form a disc harrow with four gangs. The two discs out of four from each heat treatment were installed on the front and rear gang of the disc harrow with 24 discs. The wearing resistance of the inner and the outer discs of each gang was not taken into account in the study. The disc angle and angle of direction were the same for all discs. The disc harrow was run for a traveling distance of 40 kilometers and the each disc was weighed before and after the test. The differences were found and the amount of wearing in grams per kilometer was calculated in order to compare the discs subjected to different heat treatments. As a result, it was found out that quenching is such a process that does not add a remarkable added value, only hardening as heat treatment provides wear rate for rear and front gangs are 0,9. and 1,8 g/km, respectively.
