Özet
ÖZET Türkiye1 de üretilen ve yurdumuzun ihraç ürünleri arasında yer alan bir drog olan Pructus Poeniculi yurdumuzda Burdur ili sınırları içinde kültürti yapılan Poeniçulum vul- gare Miller subsp. vulgare var» dulce (Miller) bitkisinin kurutulmuş olgun meyvalarından ibaret olan biyolojik kaynaklı bir drogtur. Bu drog eczacılık dışında başlıca gıda, içki ve parfümeri gibi bazı endüstri dallarında kullanım alanı bulmaktadır. Yurdumuzda üretilen rezenenin hemen tamamı tüccar ta¬ rafından satın alınmakta ve büyük oranda ihraç edilmektedir. Üretimin pek az bir kısmını teşkil eden yurtiçi tüketiminin büyük kısmı ise droğun baharat olarak kullanılmasına yöneliktir. Ayrıca bir miktar gıda ve ilaç sanayii dallarında da kullanılmaktadır* Yurdumuzda bu droğla hazırlanmış bir adet müstahzar mevcuttur. Türkiye'de üretilen Pructus Poeniculi droğunun kalite kontrolünde yabancı madde ve bozuk tane miktarı, volumet-- 54 - rik nem miktarı tayini, sülfat külü miktarı tayini, uçucu yağ miktarı tayinlerinin yanısıra drogtan elde edilecek uçucu yağ üzerinde gerçekleştirilecek yoğunluk, kırılma indisi ve spesifik optik çevirme tayinleri mutlaka yapıl malıdır
SUMMARY Pructus Poeniculi, a drug of biological origin pro duced in (Turkey and is one of the exportation products, consists of the dried ripe fruit of Foeniculum vulgare Mil ler subsp. vulgare var, dulce (Miller) cultivated within the province of Burdur. Besides its use in pharmaceutics, it is also utilized in some other industries such as food, be verage and cosmetics. Almost all of the fennel produced in our country in purchased by merchants and a great deal of it is exported. Most of the domestic consumption, which is actually a small fraction of the total production, is in the farm of usage as spice. Additionally, some of it is used in food and medicine industries there is only one specialty which contains this drug in our country, in its formula. V, i thin the context of the quality control to be done on the Pructus Poeniculi produced in Turkey, tests such as- 56 - quantity of foreign matter and spoilt grains, quantity of moisture determined volume trically, a mount of sulfate ash and a mount of volatile oil, as well as density, refractive index and spesific optical rotation measurements done on the volatile oil obtained from the drug, should be perfor med.
