Özet
Bu çalışmada akrilik lif üretiminde farklı koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklarını kullanarak akrilik liflerinin enine kesit şekilleri incelendi. Araştırma sonuçlan düşük koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklığında akrilik liflerinin enine kesit şeklinin böbrek-fasulye biçiminde olduğunu gösterdi. Şayet koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklığı arttırılacak olursa akrilik lifleri daha dairesel enine kesite sahip olacaktır.
In this study, the changes of the cross-sectional shapes of acrylic fibers were investigated by using different coagulation bath temperature in the acrylic fiber production. the results of investigation have been shown that acrylic fibers have kidney-bean shape in the low coagulation bath temperature. If the coagulation bath temperature will be increase, then acrylic fibers will have more circular cross sectional shape.
