İzmir ili ve çevresindeki bazı yem fabrikalarında kullanılan değişik yem hammaddelerinde oflotoksin B1, okratoksin A zearelenon içeriklerinin saptanması

ÖZET İzmir ili ve çevresindeki 4 yern fabrikasından farklı üç zamanda alınan pamuk tohumu küspesi, soya küpesi, mısır, tapiyoka, sorgum örneklerinde çoklu mikotoksin yöntemi olarak bilinen Soares ve Rodriguez- Amaya yöntemine göre Aflatoksin Bı, Okratoksin A ve Zearelenon toksinleri aranmıştır. Fabrikalardan alınan toplam 45 örneğin içerisindeki 8 soya küspesinden üçü, 21 pamuk tohumu küspesinden 8 'i, 12 mısırdan 5 'i, 3 tapiyokadan l'i ve tek sorgum örneği mikotoksin açısından kirli bulunmuştur. Örnekler içerisinde en yüksek Aflatoksin Bı 25.5 p.g/kg ile soya küspesinde ; Okratoksin A 34.6 Hg/kg ile pamuk tohumu küspesinde ve Zearelenon da 143.1 ug/kg ile mısırda belirlenmiştir. Pamuk tohumu küspelerinden 1 örneğin her üç mikotoksini de içermesi dikkati çekmektedir. Ülkemizde karma yem hammaddelerinde bulunmasına izin verilen en yüksek Aflatoksin Bı miktarı 0.05 mg/kg olarak sınırlanmış olup analizi yapılan örneklerde bu miktarın üzerinde bir değere rastlanmamıştır. Okratoksin A ve Zearelenon için ülkemizde bir standart bulunmadığından bu konuda bir değerlendirmeye gidilmemiş ancak incelenen örneklerde mikotoksin görülme sıklığının önemli olduğu şeklinde bir kanı oluşmuştur. 32
SUMMARY Aflatoxin Bı, Ochratoxin A, and Zearelenone were studied in the samples among which there were corn, cotton seed cake, soybean cake, tapioca and sorgum by the multitoxin method of Soares and Rodriguez-Amaya. All samples were collected from the feed manufacturing factories that were located nearby Izmir and in three different times. The total number of samples was 45, and 9 of 21 samples of cotton seed cake, 3 of 8 samples of soybean cake, 5 of 9 samples of corn, 1 of 3 samples of tapioca and the single sample of sorgum were found to be contaminated. Among the samples the highest Aflatoxin Bi content was found in one of the samples of soybean cake with 25.5 ng/kg, the highest Ochratoxin A content was found in one of the samples of cotton seed cakes with 34.6 u.g/kg, and the highest Zearelenone content was found in a corn sample with 143.1 ug/kg. It is remarkable that a sample of cotton seed cake was found to contain all of the three toxins that were analysed. In our country, the tolerance limit of Aflatoxin Bi is 0.05 mg/kg in the mixed feedstuffs but no samples contained it more than this limit. Presently no defined standart exists for neither Ochratoxin A, nor Zearelenone, therefore this could not be criticized according to the official limitations. However, the high incidence of mycotoxins found in the samples seems to be important in terms of feed quality. 33
