Özet
Son yıllarda süt ineklerinin beslenmesinde probiyotik kullanımında önemli bir artış meydana gelmiştir.Probiyotikler, sindirim sisteminde arzu edilmeyen mikroorganizmaların gelişmelerini engellemesi açısından önem taşır. Ayrıca yemlere ilave edildiğinde canlı ağırlık, yem tüketimi, çeşitli verimler ve sağlık üzerine olumlu etkileri görülmiiştür.Bu makalede, probiyotiklerin tanımı, etki mekanizmaları, özellikleri, kullanılmasında dikkat edilecek hususlar ve süt ineklerinin beslenmesinde kullanılma olanakları ele alınmıştır.

The probiotics have special role with respect to preventing undesired microorganisms in the digestive tract.
