Özet
Yuvarlakçay'ın mollusk faunasını belirlemek amacıyla, Mayıs 2001-Nisan 2002 tarihleri arasında 10 istasyondan örnekleme yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, toplam 16 takson tespit edilmiş olup, bunlardan 15'i Gastropoda biri de Bivalvia'ya aittir. Melanoides tuberculatus (O. F. Müller, 1774), Theodoxus fluviatilis (L., 1758), Melanopsis preamorsa (L., 1758), Ancylus fluviatilis O. F. Müller, 1774 ve Bithynia tentaculata (L., 1758) dışındaki türler bu lokaliteden ilk defa rapor edilmektedir.
In order to determine the mollusc fauna of Yuvarlakcay, monthly samplings were made from 10 stations between May 2001- April 2002. As a result of study, totally 16 taxa were determined; of them, 15 belong to Gastropoda and one belongs to Bivalvia. All the species except Melanoides tuberculatus (O. F. Müller, 1774), Theodoxus fluviatilis (L., 1758), Melanopsis preamorsa (L., 1758), Ancylus fluviatilis O.F. Müller, 1774 and Bithynia tentaculata (L., 1758) were firstly recorded from the locality.
