Özet
Bu çalışmada farklı tuzluluklara ekim yapılan rotifer kültürlerinde kış yumurtası oluşumu gözlenmiştir. Bu amaçla % 35 tuzlulukta, 30°C'de ekmek mayası (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) ile beslenerek kültürü yapılan rotiferlerden %0 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 tuzluluklara, 254±103 birey/lt ekim yapılarak oluşan kış yumurtaları tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre en fazla kış yumurtası %c 25 tuzlulukta 15000 adet ve %„ 30 tuzlulukta 11000 adet olarak tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, formation of resting egg was observed in rotifer culture which has different salinities. For this purpose, resting egg formation has been determineted in different salinities (5, 10, 15, 20 25 and 30 %<.) of rotifer culture at the 254±103 ind/lt. Stock cultures of all experiments have been maintained under regulated conditions of 30°C, 35 %o seawater and fed with baker's yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. According to this investigation the maximum resting egg was 15000 and 11000 in 25 %o and 30 %o salinities respectively.
