Özet
Bu araştırma. 41B ve 110R amerikan asma anaçları üzerine. Ege bölgesi için ekonomik olarak öneme sahip beş sofralık üzüm çeşidinin kakma aşılamadaki başarı oranları ve afinite değerlerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 41 B anacı %88 aşı tutma yüzdesi ile en iyi sonucu elde etmiştir. Anaç ve çeşidin aşı tutma yüzdesi üzerindeki etkisi. 41B anacı üzerine aşılanan Trakya İlkeren ile 110R anacı üzerine aşılanmış Yuvarlak Çekirdeksiz üzüm çeşitleri için %100’le en iyi sonucu vermiştir. %77’lik başarı oranı ile çeşitler içinde en düşük aşı tutma oranı ise 41B amerikan asma anacı üzerine aşılanmış olan Red Globe çeşidinde ortaya çıkmıştır.
The aim of this research was to define the rates of the success of the cleft grafting of 5 kind of table grapes which has an economical importance in the Aegean region on 41B and 110R American rootstock, and the afinity values. In the experiment 41 B rootstock ranked the first row with 88% take ratio. Taking into account the effect of the rootstock and the varieties the best results were obtained on Trakya İlkeren grafted on 41B (100%) and Yuvarlak Çekirdeksiz (Sultana) grafted on 110R rootstock with 100% value. In contrast, Red Globe grafted on 41B Amerikan rootstock had the lowest value with 77%.
