Üriner inkontinans kadÖnlarda sÖk görülen bir problem olup, kiLinin yaLam kalitesini ciddi bir Lekilde bozmakta ve önemli sa?lÖk problemlerine yol açmaktadÖr. Türk Ürojinekoloji ve Rekonstrüktif Cer- rahi Derne?i KÖlavuz ÇalÖLma Grubunun oluLturdu?u bu derlemede kadÖnlarda üriner inkontinans yönetimi için düzenlenmiL kÖlavuzlarÖn irdelenmesi ve elde edilen sonuçlarÖn ortaya konmasÖ hede- flenmiLtir. Bu derleme ile kÖlavuzlarda genel kabul görmüL, ortak klinik yaklaLÖmlarÖn belirlenmesi, üriner inkontinansÖ olan kadÖnlarÖn tanÖ ve tedavisi için tartÖLmasÖz ve net olan adÖmlarÖn ortaya kon- masÖ amaçlanmÖLtÖr. Urinary incontinence is a common problem in women with significant consequences on health and quality of life. In this report, we, as the Guideline Working Group of the Turkish Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Association, aimed to evaluate and review the current guidelines for the management of urinary incontinence. We mainly aimed to identify and put forward the generally agreed, common clinical approaches of these guidelines, thus providing clear and indisputable steps for diagnosis and treatment of women with urinary incontinence. We also intended to underline and make a better understanding of the controversial issues that have not reached consensus yet
