DICHLORVOS'UN (DDVP) Sparus aurata (ÇİPURA) JÜVENİLLERİNDE DALAK VE BÖBREK HİSTOLOJİSİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİOrganofosforlu bir pestisit olan DDVP'nin subletal konsantrasyonlarına (0.025, 0.05 ve 0.1 mg/L) 96 saat süreyle maruz bırakılan jüvenil çipura (Sparus aurata) örneklerinde dalak ve böbrek dokuları histolojik olarak araştırılmıştır. Deneme grubu örneklerinin dalaklarında kapsül dejenerasyonu, kırmızı pulpada genişleme, sinüzoidlerde göllenme, elipsoidlerde deformasyon, ödem ve nekroz belirlenmiştir. DDVP maruziyeti böbreklerde ciddi ölçüde glomerular atrofi oluşmasına yol açmıştır. Tübüler epitelde vakuolizasyon, hipertrofi, hiperplazi, piknotik ve karyorektik nukleuslarla karakterize edilen dejenerasyonlar yaygın biçimde gözlenmiştir. İnterrenal dokudaki çarpıcı lezyonlar göllenme, yaygın kanama, hidropik kistler, lenfosit infiltrasyonu ve yangı, hiyalin damlacık oluşumu ve nekroz olarak kaydedilmiştir. Her iki dokuda da en çarpıcı farklılık, belirgin sayı ve büyüklük artışı ile alan genişlemesi olarak melanomakrofajlarda sergilenmiştir.Bütün bu histopatolojik değişimlerin konsantrasyona bağlı olduğu anlaşılmış ve DDVP'nin hedef olmayan organizmalar üzerindeki etkilerinin çok daha ciddiye alınması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır
THE EFFECT OF DICHLORVOS (DDVP) ON SPLEEN AND KİDNEY HISTOLOGY OF JUVENIL Sparus aurata(SEA BREAM)Spleen and kidney of juvenile sea bream, Sparus aurata were investigated histologically after 96 hr exposure to sublethal concentrations (0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 mg/L) of dichlorvos (DDVP), an organophosphorous pesticide. In the spleen of experimental fish, capsular degeneration, enlarged red pulp, sinusoidal dilatation and congestion, ellipsoidal deformation, edema and necrosis were identified. DDVP exposition was also caused to a serious glomerular atrophy in the kidneys. Degenerated cells characterized with vacuolization, hypertrophy, hyperplasia, picnotic and karyorrhectic nuclei were frequently seen in tubular epithelia. The prominent lesions for interrenal tissue were recorded as congestion, expansive haemorrhage, hydropic swellings, lymphoid infiltration, inflammations, formations of hyaline droplets and necrosis. The melanomacrophages of both of the tissue were demonstrated the most remarkable differences noted as distinctive increase, proliferations and expansions.All of the histopathological alterations were found to be concentration dependent, and it was concluded that the effects of DDVP on non-target organisms have to be taken more seriously.
