Özet

In this work, two spectrometric methods are described to have a noiseless energy spectrum of radiocarbon (14C) as low-energy emitter. The spectrometers use two timing techniques with a silicon (Si) surface barrier semiconductor detector. The experimental results are compared; they show that the methods followed in the present work were successful for obtaining a noiseless energy spectrum.
