Erkek gökkuşağı alabalıklarından sağım yoluyla alman süt, suni seminal plazma (SSP; 1.6 mM $CaCl_2$,120 mM NaCl, 30 mM KC1, 1 mM $MgCl_2$ ,10 mM $NaHCO_3$, pH 8) ile 1:1 ve 1:2 oranında sulandırılarak açılıp kapatılabilen nemli kaplar içerisinde, buzdolabında +4°C'de 14 gün süre ile muhafaza edilmiştir. Denemede kullanılan spermatozoidlerin aktivitesi ve dölleme oranlan denemenin 7. ve 14. günlerinde incelenmiştir. En iyi sonuçlar 7. günde suni seminal plazma (SSP) ile 1:1 oranında seyreltilen örneklerden elde edilmiştir (Dölleme oranı %71.6±7.6 ve motilite %73.8±6.99).
Rainbow trout sperm was diluted with an artificial seminal plasma (ASP; 1.6 mM $CaCl_2$, 120 mM NaCl, 30 mM KC1, 1 mM $MgCl_2$, 10 mM $NaHCO_3$, pH 8 ) and stored in a refrigerator at +4°C for 14 days in humid conditions. The stored semen was tested on the day 7 and the day 14 for the fertilization rates and the motility. The best results in fertilization rates (71.6±7.6%) and motility (73.8±6.99%) were obtained from the samples diluted with artificial seminal plasma (ASP) with the rate of 1:1 and stored for 7 days.
