Özet
Epidural hematomas of the clivus are very uncommon. We, hereby, present a case of retroclival epidural hematoma as a complication of posterior fossa decompressive surgery for the management of acute cerebellar infarction. Serial MRI examinations of the patient was documented and demonstrated. In addition, the etiology of retrocrival epidural:hematomas were also discussed.
