Özet
Avrupa Birligi(AB) ile müzakere sürecinde en önemli konuların basında Tarım sektörü gelmektedir. Türkiye'de tarım sektörünün çözülmesi gerekli sorunlarının basında da üretici örgütlerinin durumu yer almaktadır.Avrupa Birligi üyelerinin ve Türkiye Tarımsektörünün örgütlenme deseninde, örgüt yelpazesinin çok genis oldugu görülmektedir. Ancak, Türkiye'de tarım sektöründe mevcut organizasyon modellerinin yeterli ölçüde etkin olamadıkları ve mevcut organizasyonlar açısından bir kavram karmasasının oldugu söylenebilir. Bu çalısma ile, Avrupa Birliginde Tarım sektörünün genel örgütlenme deseni verilmeye çalısılmıs ve bazı ülkelerdeki örgütlenme yapısı detaylı olarak ele alınmıstır. Bunlardan yararlanarak, Türkiye'deki örgütlenme deseni verilerek, tarımüreticisinin örgütlenmesinde yasanan sorunlar ortaya konulmus, AB üyeligi sürecinde bu konuda alınması gerekli önlemler sıralanmıstır.
Agricultural sector is the most important sector between Turkey and EU in the negotiation process. The problem, which is needed to be solved, is relating with the situation of farmer organizations inTurkish agriculture. Both, inTurkey andEUcovers so wided perspectives of farmer organizations. But, especially in Turkey, It could be said that this organizations aren't effective and there are some complexity on their values. In this paper, general outlook of agricultural organisation models are tried to explain in EU and more detailed information for the some member coutries are examined. The features of organisations in Turkish agriculture and faced problems needed to be solved and some precautions are listed in the light of cooperation in EU agriculture.
