Kırgızistan'da tekstil sanayi bölgesine ilişkin fizibilite çalışması

Tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörü bağımsız Kırgızistan’ın tarihinde önde gelen ve hızlıca gelişmekte olan bir sektördür. Ancak buna rağmen sektöre özel kümelenmiş bir sanayi tesislerin bulunmaması sektörün daha da gelişmesine engel olmaktadır. Sektöre özel sanayi sitenin kurulması tüm paydaşlar için fayda sağlayacağı ve ülke ekonomisinin gelişmesini destekleyeceği beklenmektedir. Başka taraftan tekstil sektörü büyük miktarda ucuz insan gücüne talep yaratan bir sektördür. Ayrıca istihdam edilenlerin %90 kadınlardan oluşmaktadır ve onların elde ettikleri gelir ailelerin maddi durumunu doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada öncellikle fizibilite etüdü hakkında teorik bilgi verilmektedir. İkinci bölümde fizibilite etüdünün aşamaları ayrıca incelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Kırgızistan tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörünün tarihi ve gündemi araştırılmaktadır. Uygulama kısmında gelecek beş senenin talep tahmini yapılarak hedef sanayi bölgenin kapasitesi belirlenmektedir. Ardından bu kapasiteyi karşılayabilmek için gerekli alan ihtiyacı belirlenmektedir ve kuruluş yeri seçimi uygulaması yapılmaktadır.

Textile and apparel sectors of the economy are the fast developing and forward sectors in the history of sovereign Kyrgyzstan. However, until these days there is no industrial cluster for the textile sector. Expected that the building special industrial zone for the textile and apparel sector will positively affect all shareholders and be the reason of state development. From another point of view, textile and apparel sector requires a large number of cheap labors. Almost %90 of employees are females and their income directly reflecting on family income for many families. Textile and apparel sector have social significance. First, will be explained the theory of feasibility studies. In second chapter will be researched the steps of feasibility studies. The third chapter includes researches about history and current situation on textile and apparel sector in Kyrgyzstan. The application will include choosing the optimum place for industrial zone according to the capacity given by demand forecasting for the future five years.
