Pyrimethanil uygulamalarının domates (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) bitkisi yaprağında oluşturabileceği fizyolojik değişikliklerin belirlenmesi ve ürün miktarı üzerine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmada: serada yetiştirilen domates (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) bitkisine Mythos SC 300 (300 g/ 1 Pyrimethanil) fungisiti uygulanmış; protein ile hormon miktarlarının yanı sıra, açık-kapah stoına sayılan ve ürün miktarına bakılmıştır. Fungisit uygulamaları Mythos SC 300 için etikette önerilen (125 ml/ 100 1 suya). önerilenin iki katı (250 ml/ 100 1 suya) ve önerilenin üç katı (375 ml/ 100 1 suya) dozlarında yapılmıştır. Tüm uygulama gruplarında, protein değerleri kontrole göre doz artışına paralel olarak artmıştır. IAA (İndol-3-asetik asit) ile kapalı stoma değerleri yine tüm fungisit gruplarında kontrole göre artış göstermiştir. Özellikle Mythos'un tüm gruplarında ABA (Absisik asit) miktarının kontrole göre artması nedeniyle, uygulanan fungisitin domates bitkisinde fizyolojik strese neden olduğu ve elde edilen ürün miktarı üzerinde olumsuz bir etki meydana getirdiği açıkça görülmüştür.
In this study, fungicide named Mythos SC 300 (300 g/1 Pyrimethanil) was applied to tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) plants grown in greenhouse conditions. Effects of the fungicide applications on the amounts of protein and hormone, the number of opened-closed stomata and the amount of the yield were examined. The fungicide was applied at recommended dose of one fold (125 ml/ 100 1 water) as shown on the label, twofold higher (250 ml/ 100 1 water) or threefold higher (375 ml/ 100 1 water). The values of protein were increased in all fungicide application groups compared to the control group as application dose increased. The values of IAA (Indole-3-acetic acid) and closed stoma were increased in treated groups according to the control group. Because the amount of ABA (Absisic acid) was increased in all groups of Mythos compared to the control, it was observed that the fungicide caused physiological stress and negative effect in the amount of the yield in tomato plants.
