Özet
Bu çalışmada 51 yaşında bilateral adneksial kitle tanısıyla başvuran olguda ortaya çıkan primer pelvik kist hidatid sunulmuştur. Laparatomide sol adneksial pelvik kist hidatid ve dejenere subseröz saplı myom saptanmıştır. Kist tabakasının histopatolojik incelenmesi sonucunda kistin kutikular tabakası gösterilmiştir.
We report a case of primary hydatid cyst of the pelvisin a 51-year-old woman presented with bilateral adnexal mass. Laparatomy revealed a left adnexal pelvic cystic mass and degenerated subserous pedunculated myoma. Histopathological examination of the cyst wall showed the cuticular layer of the cyst.
