Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, akne tedavisinde farklı polimerler kullanılarak aktif madde olarak sahip olduğu antibakteriyel fonksiyonlarıyla da önemli bir yere sahip %1.5 salisilik asit içeren film oluşturucu topikal sprey formülasyonu tasarlamaktır. Bu tezde amaç formülasyon cilt ile temas ettiğinde, çözücü maddenin buharlaşmasını takiben cilt yüzeyinde ince, şeffaf, katı bir film oluşturarak uygulama bölgesinde daha uzun kalış süresi sağlayan topikal akne karşıtı formülasyonları geliştirmektir. Çalışma sonunda film formülasyonunun uygulama için yeterli (elastik ve esnek yapıları nedeniyle) soyulabilirlik ve mekanik dayanıklılığa sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. The aim of this thesis is to design a film-forming topical spray formulation for acne treatment, containing different polymers and %1.5 salicylic acid which has an important place with its antibacterial properties as an active ingredient. The aim of this thesis is that when the formulation comes into contact with the skin, topical acne formations spread through the skin following the evaporation of the solvent, forming a thin, transparent, solid film that provides a longer residence time in the application area.
