Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, İzmir’de pırasa üretiminin ekonomik analizini yapmaktır. Araştırmada 27 üreticiden 2005-2006 üretim dönemine ilişkin veriler derlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; ortalama pırasa üretim alanı 42.19 da, ortalama pırasa verimi ise 3690.74 kg/da’dır. Pırasanın değişken ve toplam üretim masrafları 440.74 YTL/da ve 605.54 YTL/da’dır. Pırasadan elde edilen brüt ve net gelir 1281.51 YTL/da ve 675.97 YTL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır.
The purpose of this research is to analyse the economics of leek production in Izmir. in the research, data belong to the production period of 2005-2006 collected from 27 farmers. According to results of the research, the average size of leek production area and average leek production were 42.19 da and 3690.74 kg/da. Variable and total costs of leek production were 440.74 YTL/da and 605.54 YTL/da. Gross and net income obtained from leek production were calculated to be 1281.51 YTL/da and 675.97 YTL/da., respectively.
