The study started with the hypothesis that childhood is a form of ideological and cultural construction, based on the research question that socio-economic status and social stratification are effective elements in the construction of childhood. Socio-economic status and social class affect this shaping process. Since social classes and status are concepts determined by economic factors, this field constitutes the basic context of the study. In this context, a study was conducted on refugee families that form a social subculture. Interviews were conducted with the refugee families that constitute the sample group and the interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method.
